These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of digital products and services offered by Ward and Associates Real Estate, d/b/a Frederick Your Mentor ("Company"). By purchasing or accessing any digital product, including online courses and eBooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product and Service Description

Freedom Blueprint is a step-by-step real estate investing program that includes:

  • Business credit building guidance.
  • Subject-to deal financing strategies.
  • Training on acquiring and managing Section 8 rental properties.
  • Digital course materials, mentorship, and exclusive tools for real estate investment success.
  • One-on-one support from Frederick himself.
  • One weekly group coaching call.
  • The program duration is 12 months.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Personal and Business Masterclass: $5,000
  • Personal and Business Masterclass (Advanced): $5,000
  • Finance Masterclass (Personal, Business & Creative Financing): $7,500

Payments are processed through our secure online payment gateway. All transactions are in USD.

3. Fulfillment Policy

3.1 Digital Product Access

  • Customers receive instant access to purchased course materials via their registered email upon successful payment.
  • Course access is valid for one year (12 months) from the purchase date, including mentorship benefits.
  • Customers must ensure they have the necessary internet connection and hardware to access the course.
  • The program includes one-on-one support from Frederick himself and one weekly group coaching call.

3.2 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
  • To request a refund, customers must email [email protected] with their order details.
  • If a refund is approved, access to the course will be revoked immediately.
  • Due to the digital nature of the products, no partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided.

3.3 Course Transfers

Course access is non-transferable. Reselling, sharing, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, and scripts, is the intellectual property of Frederick Your Mentor.
  • Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal learning only. Copying, reselling, or distributing the content without explicit permission is a violation of these terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company provides all digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • The Company is not liable for:
    • Any financial losses resulting from implementing course strategies.
    • Technical issues preventing access to course materials (customers must ensure they meet technical requirements).
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to course use.
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.

7. Termination of Access

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate access to any customer who violates these Terms.
  • No refunds will be provided in case of termination due to policy violations.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
